Hi, I’m Michael Fortado, your local State Farm agent here in Plano, TX. I grew up just down the road in Flower Mound and graduated from the University of Arkansas (Go Hogs!). My wife, Danielle, and I have been married for eight years, and we live here with our son Weston and black lab, Tucker—he pretty much runs the house. I opened my agency after spending several years working in another State Farm office, where I learned how important it is to have someone you can call who actually picks up the phone and knows what they’re talking about. Now, I get to work with an amazing team helping people with auto insurance, home insurance, life insurance, renters insurance, and business coverage every day.
